More grammar/spelling mistakes than a Trump tweet Bought this to take my new Instant Pot for a spin. I’m returning it without trying a single recipe. I don’t trust food cooked from a recipe book with spelling / grammar mistakes and typos everywhere. For example, page 78, “Coconut-Lime Chicken Curry” suggests that we “Add the chicken, red curry paste, salt, pepper, coconut milk, broth and SWERVE sugar.” What, pray tell, is swerve sugar? Page 80 has a recipe for “Tuscany-Style SUND-Dried Tomato Chicken.” If the books wasn’t edited ... how do we know the recipes were even tested?Must buy! I love this book! I needed serious help when I first bought my Instant Pot. I had no idea what to make or how to make it, so I needed a starting place. This book is filled with delicious, easy recipes for any occasion. The meats are my favorite, but I love to host, so the appetizer section has come in pretty handy! Highly recommend for new users and for those who've had their instant pot for a while!Cheaply produced Yes there are that many recipes, I assume. Three to each page, change an ingredient = new recipe. There is no index; nothing alphabetized; no hints beyond those listed in the Pot's instruction booklet; poorly proofread: spelling, non sequiturs, inconsistent style and sparse directions. One recipe for lamb had none, only beef in it... Another in the meat section, entitled Mushrooms probably should have had a few ingredients list before, and then the mushrooms. One had the lid off, sauteing, then used standard blurb for releasing pressure?! Self published?
